I know because I gained the status and interacted with many who gained it. We must submit hundreds of articles and they need to be trending on those specific topics. In other words, I believe that they need to make some impact on the ecosystem to trigger the algorithm.

I haven't thought about this in this way. I try to write a lot of articles, but I didn’t think about to trigger the ecosystem of the algorithm. So, if you comment on other people's stories as articles, does this trigger the algorithm too?
