Christmas

Why Christmas is My Favourite Time of The Year

Most of us in the world got Christmas dinner with all the beloved ones, and before and after Christmas we all had great fun with our besties and friends.

Dinner was served for us or we had to cook for our guests. The dinner tasted well and there was much laughter. Celebrating Christmas is so beautiful.

Christmas of 2019 is officially over.

For me, it starts with decorating the house, pick up the most beautiful tree. Put the tree in the right spot in your house and start decorating them. I don’t really have a theme for Christmas trees.

I love red, gold, silver, blue and green. Actually, the traditional tree decorations.

I love to see inspirational pictures online to see what others are doing. I am not really a trend follower. I just take my own plan to do the decorating. But I can be inspired by others. I think everyone does.

Snow is the finishing touch of Christmas. At least, I remember when there was snow as kiddo of ten years.

That was the last time I had Christmas with snow. I could skate in the holidays on the lakes. I couldn’t skate and I fall on the ice too much, but I tried and I loved it. I got blue spots on my legs all the time. My arms hurt after that. But at least I had fun. That is the point with Christmas, isn’t it?!

Then when I came home, my mother made hot chocolate with cream.

I always wore my favorite sweater with a girl or boy on skis in the snow, there were two of them: pastel green and pastel pink. I had both of them in my closet. I don’t think I have them anymore.

I still feel the comfort of that sweater.

I want to create my own traditions with the family. But I haven’t done that yet. Unfortunately. I was too tired of some situations from the past.

I have made a list, but I have to work on it in practice.
