I realised what the effects are of not eating healthy
As I am writing this article I eat a bit of chocolate and I drink a cup of tea with honey. Not a healthy snack during writing. Haha…

Actually, not healthy at all. But I love chocolate and tea with honey. I always love to snack. As a child, I ate one whole bag of crisp within thirty minutes. No small hands… Just in one time, oops. Or I ate lots of candy. All in my room on my bed (which I never let do my daughters ever (for as long as I still can do)). I bought it secretly (sorry mother). I never told my parents. I think they will know, but they didn’t say anything. I did this for about two or three years during secondary school. And when I made some homework, I always wanted to snack chocolate, crisp or other kinds of candy. Most of the time with a cup of tea with honey or a glass of juice.
Sugar in food
In all those food you’ll find and you will taste sugar. Sugar is not healthy for your organs. You can get ill from it. What does happen when you eat sugar too much?
Also, people will eat more and people want to have more choices to choose from.
Because of the immense choices we have, we can’t choose which one to buy and that makes us buy all the varieties once in a while to just taste the varieties. The companies know that damn well. And we all fall into their trick to buy. They damn know well how to sell their products and makes the commercials for their products.
Sometimes, I am buying too, but sometimes I wish I could handle myself.
And I also wish we could go back to the time when we just came home and got just tea and a small biscuit from our mother.
What happens to our body? Then our bodies blow us with all the sugar, (wrong kinds of) salt and continue with all the bad materials in food.
I realised when you’re not eating healthy that your energy level will get very low. Also, your self-esteem is getting worse too.
