No I don’t practise yoga. But due the circumstances at home I should but have no time and motivation. I think I should do practise to get the negativity out of my system…Well, last weekend I had a good weekend full of laughter. I hadn’t done that in ages. And good to know that I still van laugh. I heard yoga gives you peace in your body and mind?
